- Services Provided
We offer pressure washing and landscaping services as described on our website or in our service agreements. Specific details and pricing will be outlined in your service quote.
Within all the job we use the customer water for any of the cleans that have been arranged .
We include a FREE full clean-down of your gutters, fascias, soffits, walls, and even conservatories – all at no extra cost. The price you see covers everything!
- Booking and Payment
Booking can be completed by our website via EMAIL, PHONE CALL OR through the service page . Payment will be collected after the job is done with a full invoice of what service we provided. Payment will be different if we are arranging providing a premium package which would be a monthly payment on the same day each monthly or one yearly payment.
Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment methods accepted: [e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer].
For Any job that exceed (X) We will take a small deposit that would get deducted off upon completion of the services.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least [7] days in advance.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of [£X or X%].
- Client Responsibilities
Ensure the service area is clear of obstacles and accessible to our team , unless otherwise agreed.
Provide access to water, electricity, or other utilities necessary for the service.
Inform us of any delicate or damaged items that need special attention.
Additionally all waste that is collected doing the job can be left with the customer in bags that we provide or in a location on the property however if wanted to be removed and taken by us that would be additional small cost.
- Limitations and Liability
While we aim to deliver high-quality results, certain stains or imperfections may not be removable.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen damage caused by unsuitable surface materials.
Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 5 days of service completion.
- Weather and Unforeseen Events
Services may be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
- Warranties
We offer a [X-day/week] warranty for landscaping services. Pressure washing services do not include long-term guarantees due to environmental factors beyond our control.
